In the app
Settings › Account › Delete account.

Without the app
Email support@kelwerk.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account", or call +91 87002 38266 (Monday to Saturday). We confirm it's you, then delete the account.
Before you delete
Google Play subscription
Cancel it first in the Google Play app (Profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not stop Google Play's billing, so the app's Delete button stays unavailable until the subscription is cancelled. After cancelling you can delete straight away; any remaining paid days are lost.
Company plan
While your company plan is active, the app's Delete button stays unavailable until the plan period ends. To delete sooner, contact us by email or phone; the remaining plan period is forfeited.
What we delete, and what we keep
We delete your account details, devices, usage history and messages within 30 days of your request.
Your fabric photos are deleted from our servers within 5 minutes, and your analysed images and saved projects are kept only on your phone, so there are none on our servers to delete.
We keep a small pseudonymous device record to prevent repeated free trials, records the law requires us to keep (for example invoices), and anonymous statistics that no longer identify you. See our Privacy Policy.
